The AMSA Voice

Matt Sprague

Matt Sprague, Staff writer

Matt is a sophomore who would like to continue practicing journalism skills throughout high school. Being one of the smallest members of the AMSA-Assabet wrestling team, Matt relies on his passion and drive.

His academic career shows great possibilities for the future and he would like to go into a field of business in which he can utilize his love for mathematics. During the week, he is doing one of four things: working at the library, playing video games, homework, or playing outdoors. On the weekends he loves to support his favorite football team, the New England Patriots, and spend time outdoors with neighborhood friends.

Matt will almost always find a new or creative way to do something. He loves to look at his crazy genealogy and often does extra research on people to whom he is related. He will often be described as chaotic and noisy but he can also act as if he is never there. Matt hopes The AMSA Voice will be a great opportunity to learn new ways of writing and to learn what is happening in the world around him.
