Max is a senior and has attended AMSA since the 6th grade. He does not know what he
wants to do in life or know where he wants to go to college; however, he has an interest in the
arts and has won several awards for both his prose and poetry.
When Max is not enthusiastically analyzing different forms of media (e.g. film, literature,
animation, etc.) or just being an all-around nerd, he can be found daydreaming and doodling in
his notebook.
Max enjoys listening to music (lossless whenever possible)—his favorite band being Pelican of
the post-metal genre—and his favorite food is sushi. He recommends that all students take
Sustainable Environment if possible, and he strongly supports the use of the Oxford comma.
And if you ever want to just talk with him, an easy way to get his attention is to show interest in
his favorite animated series, Steven Universe.
