Emily is a senior who has been at AMSA since 7th grade. This is her first year writing for The AMSA Voice, and she is thrilled to serve as the arts and entertainment editor. 

Emily’s many passions include but are not limited to: theater, dance, music, literature, psychology, and consuming media. She works part-time at an independent bookstore in Marlborough, and she is the co-president of the AMSA Book Club. She is also part of the AMSA Drama Society and the school’s a capella group, The Photosymphonizers.

Some of Emily’s favorite books are Beloved, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, The Song of Achilles, and The Great Gatsby, to name a few. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her wonderful friends.

Emily plans to go to college somewhere in New York City, where she will pursue at least one (but probably multiple) of the passions listed above. When thinking about her future, Emily simply hopes to be happy wherever she ends up.
