Trio sets four school records

Freshman Megan Scott and sophomore Hannah Black each set school records on Friday to lead AMSA’s girls varsity track team to a 99-35 victory over Innovation Academy. The boys varsity team, meanwhile, lost to Innovation 72-64 despite the efforts of sophomore J.P. Carbonneau, who set school records in the long jump and triple jump.

Megan ran the 800 meters in 2:42.2, while Hannah ran the 400 meters in 1:03.1. J.P. set new marks with a long jump of 19 feet, 5 inches and a triple jump of 36 feet, 2 inches.
