Ian is a junior and has been a student at AMSA since the 6th grade. He currently plays for the varsity basketball team and hopes to achieve big things this season. At home, Ian likes to write about his thoughts in a personal journal whenever he is bored. Ian took this class in the hope of getting a better understanding of writing and/or journalism.

Ian has a passion for basketball. He has been playing since he was six years old. Ian has practiced almost every day for as long as he can remember. When He isn’t doing his homework or studying for the SAT, you might catch him at a local YMCA getting some shots off.

Ian has three other siblings, two younger and one older who graduated from AMSA in 2014. Five years from now, Ian sees himself almost graduating from the University of Connecticut with the major of either journalism or architectural engineering. Ian hopes to accomplish big things in his life.
